Last week, Walton Lantaff Senior Partners Ian Ronderos and Laz Rodriguez attended and presented at the 2026 Florida Liability Claims Conference, hosted by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
 
Now in its 29th year, the conference brought together defense attorneys and claims professionals from across the state. Mr. Ronderos and Mr. Rodriguez contributed their expertise through a presentation titled “Shifting Foundations: Trends for 2026 Florida Construction Defect Cases.”
 
Known throughout the firm for their mentorship and commitment to professional development, Mr. Ronderos and Mr. Rodriguez brought that same spirit of education and collaboration to this year’s conference.
