Overview

Noharys Quesada Arbolaez joined Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson, LLP in February of 2024, bringing legal experience shaped by both family and corporate legal matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University, graduating cum laude, before pursuing her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. In law school, Mrs. Quesada developed an early record of excellence through multiple leadership roles and exceptional performances in extracurricular endeavors. She served as Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Trial Team and the President of the Children and Law Society, as well as garnered distinction through her reception of the CALI Book Award in Secured Transactions, which is granted to the student with the highest academic achievement in the class. Of her law school experiences, her work on the Trial Team proved most defining, placing her under the mentorship of respected legal advocates, Houson R. LaFrance, Faculty Advisor for the Trial Team, and Karina Harduvel, former Walton Lantaff attorney. In recognition of her early advocative ability, she was named Best Overall Advocate after helping her team secure the National Trial Advocacy title in 2019. Today, Mrs. Quesada’s practice focuses on insurance defense, subrogation, business litigation, and accident liability matters, and she continues to expand her practice in family law. Born to Cuban parents, Ms. Quesada speaks both English and Spanish.

Ms. Quesada’s life and legal career have been guided by a deep, long-standing conviction towards fairness, morality, and principled advocacy. From an early age, she felt compelled to speak up in the face of injustice, with her accountability-driven instincts naturally evolving into a legal profession. Ms. Quesada thrives in the strategic and technical dimensions of litigation, specifically excelling in contract analysis, evidentiary review, legal writing, and the development — and delivery — of legal arguments.

Her foundation in family law reflects a sincere desire to support those facing legal disputes intertwined with emotional hardship. Born of this disciplined compassion, Ms. Quesada commits herself to becoming fluent in legal complexities, so she may alleviate clients’ distress while navigating these circumstances. In alignment with these beliefs, Ms. Quesada remains actively engaged in community service, contributing her time and resources to Lotus House and as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children within the legal system. Her turn to insurance law was driven by an appreciation for Miami’s complex legal and policy environment, as well as the sector’s demand for procedural command and strategic clarity. Outside of her practice, Ms. Quesada enjoys Pilates, time on the water, and long walks. She is happily married to her husband, Elio, and together they raise their daughter, Evelina, while preparing to welcome a new addition to their family this summer (2026).

As your attorney, Mrs. Quesada offers advocative excellence, loyalty, and resolve, all grounded by her good nature. She is known for her collaboration skills, integrity and effective delivery, qualifying her to be the attorney you need — and want — on your side.
