Ingrid Benson-Villegas’s practice areas include first-party insurance defense and third-party insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Ingrid practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, probate, condominium law, domestic violence, landlord-tenant, constitutional law, and business litigation. Ingrid also worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant for Professor David D. Walter and interned for the Honorable Jason E. Dimitris and Honorable Spencer J. Multack. During law school, Ingrid interned for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa at the Third District Court of Appeal, was an extern at the City Attorney’s Office in Coral Gables, and was a student attorney in the Health Law and Policy Clinic and the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at Florida International University College of Law.
