Allison started her career as a law clerk and now is a firm leader 30 years later. Her dedication to and authenticity of her passions extend beyond the office, evidenced by her significant contributions to community endeavors, such as the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, the local bar, her Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida leader status and her philanthropic efforts with Bridge to Hope, facilitated through her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta.

Elevated to the role of Managing Partner in 2020, Ms. Hartnett made history as Walton Lantaff’s first female firm leader, a testament to her visionary and empowered leadership. Previous to this promotion, Ms. Hartnett’s accolades include Employer/Carrier Attorney of the Year Award and Past President’s Award (Friends of 440) in 2009 and the Service to the Dade County Bar Association Award in 2008.
