Overview
Josh D. Davies is an Associate at the firm’s Miami Office, where his practice focuses primarily on first-party property insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder & Carson in September 2021 after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law and passing the Bar exam, Josh clerked for a boutique law firm, gaining experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance, intellectual property, and tort litigation. Josh also clerked for the Florida Office of the Attorney General – Office of Statewide Prosecution during law school, where he assisted Prosecutors in prosecuting complex, large scale, organized criminal activity. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Josh participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court competition as well as the school’s Litigation Skills program, gaining valuable litigation experience.
Josh enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf, where you can find his Hole in One plaque hanging in his office. He also enjoys watching his favorite sports teams consistently let him down.
