Mr. Webster's practice is principally in real estate, estates and trusts and estate planning, and a federal practice which includes maritime law and bankruptcy. For many years, he has had an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating. He is a member of the Real Property and Probate section of The Florida Bar and is an agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund.

 He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Appellate Court and Federal District Court.

Mr. Webster earned his law degree from The University of Florida College of Law, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida as well.
