Mr. Xenick's primary area of practice involves all areas
of insurance defense litigation, including premises
liability, construction defects, products liability, and
professional malpractice.
Mr. Xenick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Criminology from the University of Florida, with Honors.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of
Florida College of Law, where he was a member of the
Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Xenick was a law clerk
for the University of Florida Office of Student Legal
Services.
Mr. Xenick is a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm
Beach County Bar Association. He is also admitted to
practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of the
United States District Court of Florida, as well as the
United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
