Mr. Wyland has been awarded the “AV” rating, the highest rating established by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a Senior Partner in charge of the Workers' Compensation Division of the West Palm Beach office. He manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of Workers' Compensation Litigation and also handles general liability defense matters.

Mr. Wyland has been certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as an Instructor and frequently teaches continuing education classes throughout the southeastern United States.  He is a frequent speaker at Bench/Bar conferences, has served on the Board of Directors of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, and has served a full term as Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. As a member and Chair of the Grievance Committee, Mr. Wyland was responsible for reviewing complaints against lawyers and for recommending appropriate disciplinary action.

He received his B.S. degree from The University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law where he was on the Stetson Law Review. Mr. Wyland also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the United States District Court in Tampa, Florida. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wyland was employed with the Eckerd Drugs Legal Department at the Jack Eckerd Corporation Corporate Headquarters.  Mr. Wyland was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992.  He is a member of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida.
