Luis Viera practices in various areas of insurance defense, including workers' compensation and automobile liability. Luis earned his law degree from Stetson College of Law.

Prior to practicing law, Luis was a Community Columnist for the Tampa Tribune. He also served as a congressional intern and a clerk at the National Labor Relations Board.

Luis is active in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees for Hillsborough Association for Retarded Citizens, and the Board for New Horizons Group Home. He also provides pro bono legal services for the Bay Area Legal Services and volunteers at the St. Petersburg Roman Catholic Diocese.

Luis is a member of the newly formed Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association. He has recently been appointed to the Hillsborough County Commission Advisory Board for Children’s Services.  He also serves on the Board of the Tampa Bay Friends of 440.

Luis also regularly lectures at various seminars for clients, including continuing education classes for insurance claims professionals on a variety of legal topics.
