Ms. Scaglia practices in the areas of civil litigation defense, commercial litigation and family law.  She is a member of the Florida Bar.  Ms. Scaglia received her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University and her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.  While at St. Thomas University School of Law, Ms. Scaglia received the book award for her senior thesis in Law and Disability and also donated the highest number of pro bono service hours in her class.  Ms. Scaglia is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).
