Mr. Rodriguez practices primarily in the area of insurance defense, including workers’ compensation defense litigation and professional liability defense.  He is a member of The Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.  He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association.

Mr. Rodriguez earned his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.  He earned his M.B.A. and B.A. degrees from Florida International University.
