Mr. McKim works primarily in the area of workers' compensation. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, graduating cum laude and being awarded membership in Order of the Coif. He was a member of, and Lead Articles Editor for, the University of Toledo Law Review and was published in the same publication. Mr. McKim earned a B.B.A. degree with honors from Western Michigan University and worked as a financial analyst for National Bank of Detroit.
