Mimi K. McAndrews concentrates in commercial insurance
coverage disputes, personal lines coverage, subrogation and
reimbursement claims. Mimi also practices state and
local government law.
Mimi served as State Representative in the Florida
Legislature. She was the first Asian-American female elected to this position. Mimi was instrumental in
passing Florida's "Veggie Hate-Crimes bill," which extended
protection to Florida farmers from false accusations of growing
contaminated crops. Mimi also has a business background as CEO of the National Safety Council, South Florida.
Mimi is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and
Northern Districts of Florida.
