He concentrates in the defense of workers’ compensation and liability cases and has extensive negotiation and litigation experience. In addition, Gregg handles Special Disability Trust Fund claims, and has been successful in obtaining Special Disability Trust Fund reimbursements. His services include filing SDF-2 reimbursement claim forms. Gregg has recently expanded his practice and has established a Real Estate Department in the West Palm Beach office. He is a member of the Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, and is associated with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Gregg handles the REO transactions for lenders. Gregg received his B.A. degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Gregg is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has participated in the Bench/Bar Conference, the Workers’ Compensation Practice Committee, the Cultural Activities Committee, Blood Bank Committee, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Gregg also coaches baseball and is actively involved with school PTA activities.
