Heather practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and general liability defense. She graduated on the Dean’s list from the University of Florida in the College of Journalism and Communication with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Criminology and Law. She later received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
While in law school Heather served as a judicial clerk to Senior Circuit Judge Leroy H. Moe in Broward County. Additionally, she participated in Nova’s pro bono honor program volunteering her time to help abandoned, abused or neglected children. Upon graduating from law school Heather was chosen to represent the face of the graduate student at NSU for their national advertising campaign.
Heather has her real estate license and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Screen Actor’s Guild, and Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
