Mr. Gill serves as partner-in-charge of the Firm's West
Palm Beach office, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Gill represents clients on insurance coverage and bad
faith matters throughout Florida.
Mr. Gill is
admitted to practice in the following courts: United
States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District
Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida;
Supreme Court of Florida; and all local courts of the
State of Florida; Supreme Court of Ohio, and United States
Court of Military Appeals.
He is a
member of The Florida Bar, the Ohio Bar and the Palm Beach
County Bar Association. Mr. Gill is also a member of the
Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Casualty
Insurance and Reinsurance Committees of International
Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and the Insurance
Law Committee of the Defense Research
Institute (DRI).
Mr. Gill
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Otterbein College and
his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of
Law. He served as a legal officer in the U.S. Air
Force Judge Advocate General Corps from 1968 to 1973,
before joining Walton Lantaff. Mr. Gill's
assignments included Court-Martial practice,
administrative hearing practice, administrative law,
contract review, and Military Judge. |
