Tampa Office
Juan Carlos Garcia practices in the area of workers'
compensation defense, representing employers, carriers,
self-insured companies, and servicing agents. Mr. Garcia
also handles dental malpractice defense cases.
He received
his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School
of Law. Mr. Garcia graduated cum laude from Florida
International University with his B.S. in Criminal
Justice.
Mr.
Garcia originally worked in the Miami office and left to
open the Tampa office for the Firm in January 2002.
He has been the lead attorney in that office since then
and continues to handle workers' compensation matters,
liability defense, and malpractice defense.
