Mr. Galex is a civil, criminal and appellate litigator.  From 1995 to 1999 he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami.  He is licensed to practice in Florida State courts, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

 Mr. Galex attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Chicago-Kent College of Law, the latter of which graduated him with honors.
