Douglas Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, professional malpractice and workers compensation defense, as well as commercial litigation.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, New York Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association.

While attending law school, he served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Broward County State Attorney's Office.  Douglas also clerked with a commercial litigation and personal injury firm. Prior to law school, he worked as an associate account executive with Travelers Property Casualty.

Douglas earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.  He was a member of the American Association for Justice Honor Society, Association of Business Law Students, the American Bar Association and the Student Bar Initiative.  Douglas was also recognized for achieving the highest grade in his Civil Pre-Trial Practice litigation skills course. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans.
