Mr. Caldwell practices civil trial law including tort cases and contract cases covering automobile negligence, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence, commercial disputes and construction litigation. He has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

He holds a J.D. degree, with honors, conferred by the University of Florida School of Law. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting, with honors, from the University of Florida.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. He is also a licensed commercial pilot.
