Ms. Brinkley is the managing attorney for the Orlando office of WLS&C, LLP. She has concentrated her practice in the areas of Worker’s Compensation Defense and Insurance Fraud. She counsels insurers and works directly with employers on Workers’ Compensation reporting procedures and the development of return to work programs. She has worked directly with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) on risk management practices. She has experience in defending claims through both trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Brinkley is a current member of the Florida Bar and has been approved by the Florida Department of Insurance to provide seminars to adjusters for continuing legal education credits.

Ms. Brinkley was born in Tampa, FL and grew up in the Central Florida area. She graduated with B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Psychology from Stetson University and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. While in law school, she was active in the Trial Advocacy program as well as the Federal Judicial Internship program where she served as an intern to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, Federal Magistrate Judge, United States District Court in Tampa, FL.

Following law school, Ms. Brinkley worked in the areas of Insurance and Medical Malpractice Defense as well as Commercial Litigation. She later became an originating partner of the firm, Morgan & Brinkley, P.A. where she established a Worker's Compensation practice with a primary focus on the representation of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).
