Mr. Berglund
has been practicing in the field of workers compensation
since graduating law school in 1978, and has exclusively
practiced workers compensation defense representing
self-insured government agencies, self-insured
employers, self-insured funds, and commercial carriers
since 1985.
He graduated cum laude from the
University of Miami in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree and in 1978 from Stetson
University College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
He is a member of The Florida Bar, Workers Compensation
Section of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar
Association, and United States District Court for the
Southern District
