Ms. Bandy practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, including professional negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation.  She is a member of The Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court Southern District of Florida, United States District Court Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Bandy is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the South Florida Claims Association.

Ms. Bandy received a B.S.B.A., cum laude, from American University in Washington DC and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received honors in litigation skills and the Dean's List Award.

Prior to joining Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson, Ms. Bandy served as a congressional intern in the U. S. House of Representatives in Washington DC for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry L. Garber, United States Magistrate Judge, U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
