Walton Lantaff has a large and well experienced full service insurance law division, which advises our clients regarding the interpretation of their insurance policies and represents insurance companies in all types of coverage disputes, including defense of first and third party common law and statutory bad faith claims. The firm’s services also include instituting declaratory judgment actions on our clients’ behalf, responding to civil remedy notices and settlement demands, in addition to counseling our insurance clients regarding these issues. Our coverage attorneys also advise and consult with insurers in evaluation of extracontractual claims, drafting of policy forms and endorsements, and issuing coverage opinions. Our clients include large and small property, casualty, life, professional, commercial and marine insurers.
