Overview

Stephanie Bandy defends litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Bandy’s primary area of practice involves areas of insurance defense litigation, including, first party property and third party litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, automobile negligence, construction defects, products liability, negligent security, and professional liability.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bandy served as a congressional intern in the U. S. House of Representatives in Washington DC for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a judicial intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Washington DC, and for the Honorable Barry L. Garber, United States Magistrate Judge, U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida
