Area of Practice and Experience

• Ms. Bandy’s primary area of practice involves all areas of insurance defense liability litigation, including, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, automobile negligence, construction defects, products liability, negligent security, and professional malpractice.
• Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bandy, served as a congressional intern in the U. S. House of Representatives in Washington DC for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry L. Garber, United States Magistrate Judge, U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
