Area of Practice and Experience

• Mrs. Bennett’s primary area of practice involves worker’s compensation defense.
• Prior to joining the Firm, Mrs. Bennett practiced civil defense, specializing in the areas of Dependency, Marchman Acts and Involuntary Civil Commitments (Jimmy Ryce Act). Mrs. Bennett also practiced family law and criminal defense.
• In law school, Mrs. Bennett received her Family Law Certificate and was the President of the Family Law Society.
