Mr. Fagerstrom's primary area of practice involves all areas of insurance defense liability litigation, including premises liability, automobile negligence, and professional malpractice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fagerstrom practiced administrative law and interned during law school for The Honorable Ellen Leesfield in the 11th Judicial Circiut of Florida.
