Area of Practice and Experience

• Mr. Rogers' primary area of practice involves all areas of insurance defense liability litigation, including premises liability, automobile negligence, and professional malpractice.
• Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rogers was a member of The Mayersohn Law Group, where he practiced family law, and a law clerk for Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & Hochman, P.A.

Professional and Civic Activities

• Mr. Rogers is involved with developing the General Management Plan for Everglades National Park, protection and restoration of seagrass and habitat in Florida Bay, and is a volunteer for the annual Intercoastal Waterway Cleanup and the Winterfest Boat Parade.
