• Mr. Berglund's primary area of practice has been in all aspects of Worker's Compensation since graduating law school in 1978, and exclusively practicing Insurance defense representing self-insured government agencies, self-insured employers, self-insured funds, and commercial carriers since 1985.

Professional and Civic Activities

• Certified by the State of Florida to lecture and provide Continuing Education credits to insurance adjusters.
• Active member of the North Florida Friends of 440.
• Active member of the Tallahassee Claims Association.
