Area of Practice and Experience

• David Tadros is the senior partner in charge of the Liability Litigation Group in the West Palm Beach office.
• His practice involves all areas of insurance defense litigation, including auto liability, trucking liability, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, professional malpractice, bad faith and coverage litigation, as well as commercial litigation.
• Prior to joining the Firm, David was a litigation associate with a Tampa firm, and was actively involved in handling cases related to admiralty, international business disputes, customs, bankruptcy, securities arbitration, marine insurance defense (including over 50 recreational boat products liability cases, and numerous longshoremen and harborworker cases), and commercial litigation.
• In law school, David was a member of the International Moot Court Team.

Professional and Civic Activities

• David has been awarded an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating established by this publication.
• He has served as the Chair and member of the Grievance Committee for the 15th Judicial Circuit.
• Certified by the state of Florida to lecture and provide Florida Continuing Eduation credits to insurance adjusters.
• A longtime resident of Athens, Greece, David is fluent in modern Greek.
