• Mr. Rosenblum is the Managing Partner of Walton, Lantaff Schroeder & Carson LLP.
• Mr. Rosenblum has earned an AV rating, the highest obtainable rating for both legal qualifications and ethical conduct, provided by Lexis/Nexis Martindale-Hubbell.
• Mr. Rosenblum has been practicing insurance defense litigation for more than 25 years. Practice areas include all manner of personal injury defense litigation, including catastrophic damage claims, automobile negligence, products liability, premises liability and professional malpractice matters. His cases range from the typical personal injury matters to high exposure catastrophic damage litigation.
• In additional to personal injury defense litigation, Mr. Rosenblum also litigates coverage disputes and property damage matters.
• Involved in pre-suit defense and negotiation of high exposure claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds.
• Mr. Rosenblum defends cases throughout Southeast Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach), the Southwest coast of Florida (Naples and Fort Myers) and Central Florida (Tamps and Orlando).

Professional and Civic Activities

• Certified by the State of Florida as a lecturer for Florida approved continuing education seminars to insurance claims adjusters. He has lectured on a variety of subjects pertaining to the defense of claims for both adjusters and attorneys, including avoiding bad faith litigation, discovery and a variety of liability topics.
