Area of Practice and Experience

• Mr. Strunin’s primary areas of practice include analysis, discovery, strategy, and trial involving the defense of workers’ compensation claims as well as premises liability and automobile negligence in the tort arena.
• Mr. Strunin has substantial experience since 1989 and 1977 respectively in these areas of practice.
• Mr. Strunin has been with Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson LLP since May 1983 and has been a partner since 1987.

Professional and Civic Activities

• Mr. Strunin is certified by the State of Florida Department of Insurance to lecture and provide continuing education credits to insurance adjusters in the defense of Florida workers’ compensation claims.
• Mr. Strunin is “AV”-rated by Martindale Hubbell since 1987.
• Mr. Strunin served 6 terms (maximum) on the Rules Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar and, since 2005, has served on the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section.
