• Mr. Rodriguez is a partner in the Miami office. He practices primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation. He has extensive experience defending matters in many different litigation sub-areas (including professional liability, dental/medical malpractice, premise liability, property liability, automobile negligence, and workers' compensation, as well as professional administrative actions before the Department of Health), and in numerous jurisdictions throughout the State of Florida.
